A Lithsted Deck is a physical countertop display with four positions. Each position opens a destination you choose, such as Google Reviews, Instagram, a booking page, a menu or your website.

Lithsted Review Helper is separate software at £10/month. It helps a genuine customer turn their own experience into a clearer written review before they continue to Google. The customer stays in control of the words.
No. Lithsted does not post reviews, invent a visit, or choose a rating. There is no review gating. The customer reviews any draft and decides whether to continue to Google.

Yes. Website Creation is a separate service. Lithsted can design and build a modern website around your brand, services and the way customers get in touch.
Website Creation starts from £100, plus £9.99/month for the managed website plan. That plan includes hosting, SSL security, keeping your website live, ongoing maintenance, basic text and image updates, and support connecting your existing domain. You keep your domain. Buying or renewing it is arranged separately. A more complex website may be quoted above the starting price. Contact sales to talk it through. This website does not take payment.

No. A Deck makes selected links easier to reach. It does not guarantee reviews, ratings, bookings, sales or revenue.
Shipping is confirmed with your enquiry and charged once per order, not per Deck. £5 UK shipping (1–3 working days). £10 EU shipping (3–10 working days). £20 Rest of the world shipping (3–10 working days).
Qualifying hardware return requests can be made within 14 days from the day of delivery. Email support@lithsted.com to start a return. Statutory rights remain in place.
