Lithsted is a reseller platform for review technology and physical countertop products called Lithsted Decks. Resellers get a dashboard, business-specific Review Helper links, access to order Decks and stickers, a private reseller community, and a direct referral programme.

Lithsted is for people who want to become resellers — helping local businesses collect customer feedback more easily, and supplying Lithsted Decks as a physical product they can place on the counter.

Reseller membership is £30 per month. There is one plan.

No. Membership includes access to order Lithsted Decks and stickers from your reseller dashboard. Physical products are purchased separately.

Lithsted Decks are £15 each, with a minimum order of 10 Decks in total. Black and White can be mixed in the same order.

Every Deck arrives with two stickers already applied: Google Review and Lithsted Review Helper. Each Deck also includes 2 extra sticker choices. Available extra designs are Visit Our Website, Visit Our Instagram, Make a Booking, More Information. Additional or replacement stickers are £2 each.

Each business you add receives a unique Lithsted Review Helper URL. A customer answers a few questions about their real experience. Lithsted then helps turn that feedback into a natural-language review draft. The customer can review, edit, approve, report or copy it, and choose whether to continue to Google.

No. Lithsted does not post reviews. The customer stays in control of the draft and chooses whether to copy it or continue to Google.

Yes. Customers can describe a positive, mixed or negative experience. The Review Helper uses the customer’s own answers. It does not require a positive review.

Refer another reseller directly to Lithsted and you may earn £10 for each qualifying paid membership month while they remain an active paying reseller. Direct referrals only.

No. There are no second-level commissions. If someone you referred later refers someone else, that later referral belongs to them — not to you.

Lithsted membership is priced in GBP. Physical orders can be shipped to the UK, Europe and internationally, with delivery charged separately at checkout. If you work with businesses outside the UK, you are responsible for following any local rules that apply to you.

Delivery is charged separately when you order Decks or stickers from the reseller dashboard. The amount depends on the destination and is shown at checkout. Tracking can be added once an order has been dispatched.

Active Lithsted resellers receive access to a private reseller community hosted on Skool. Community access is managed from the Lithsted application after you become a member.
